Tell us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return something.
The item needs to be unworn and unwashed, and still have its tags on.
What we cannot take back
Cosmetics once the seal is broken.
Pierced earrings.
Anything made to order.
These are hygiene and safety rules, so we cannot make exceptions.
If it arrives damaged or wrong
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or refund you in full.
We pay for the return delivery.
Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? If we have your size in stock, we will swap it free of charge.

Get your refund
Once the item reaches us and we have checked it.
When your money comes back
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the way you paid.
Online payments usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days.
