Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
• You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

• Innerwear and intimate apparel
• Socks
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the product.
3. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose:

• A refund (if applicable), or
• Store credit (if offered by Bongchoice).

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Bongchoice will bear the return shipping cost.
• For returns due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if the product meets our return eligibility conditions.
